1. If you receive the goods found to have quality problems, please contact customer service personnel at the first time (customers within 7 days after receipt of the goods), confirmed by our company, the goods will be returned to the company, while please keep the original packaging of the goods not to be damaged, the customer will be the product (including invoices) with the return form, returned to the address specified on the return form.

Note: If the returned product contains a gift, the gift must be returned together when returning the product. Our company will exchange the goods or go through the return procedure for you (7 working days), after which the quality of the goods will be regarded as meeting the requirements.

 

2. Returns caused by product quality problems, please send us an e-mail or written fax within 10 days after you receive the goods, we will give you the following process. If the quality problem is raised outside the above time period, it cannot be accepted for acceptance:

 2. Please list the purpose of your test, the reagents used, the test procedure, the results of the test and any problems encountered.

 3. Your returned products will be tested again by our quality inspection department, if it is a product quality problem, we will refund you the payment or reissue the products at the first time. If it is not a quality problem, we will return the remaining products to you after the quality inspection, the reagents lost in the quality inspection process for the normal process must be consumed, the company will not be the part of the reissue or refund.

 

3. Due to the special nature of the goods sold, in order to ensure the quality of the products, all products once sold, no quality problems will not be returned or exchanged;

     1. products are not returnable after three months of sale.

     2. Predefined futures products and customized products;

     3. Goods whose outer packaging has been seriously contaminated or damaged and goods that have been opened.;

     4. Merchandise whose packaging labels and bottles have been replaced with others' labels or bottles;

     5. Goods with quality or damage problems caused by your improper storage or return transportation
